ChaCha Search was launched on September 1st, 2006. It is the brainchild of Scott A. Jones, who is credited with inventing digital voicemail. ChaCha search connects users in real-time to expert guides who help users find the information they are really looking for. In addition, ChaCha guides have access to tools that allow them to search deeper within the web, which provides quality answers to even obscure or vague searches.
